Terms & conditions
Clear agreements make valuable collaborations possible. These terms apply to collaborations and bookings with smove, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Rescheduling trainings
Companies may reschedule a booked training or clinic free of charge by submitting a written request at least 30 days before the planned date. The new session date must fall within 12 months of the original booking date. The new date is agreed with smove.
2. Cancelling individual clinics & energizers
The following percentages of the agreed session price are charged when cancelling:
- More than 30 days before the planned date
- 30%
- 14 to 30 days before the planned date (inclusive)
- 50%
- Less than 14 days before the planned date
- 100%
3. Session passes & training blocks
Session passes and training blocks are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused sessions expire after that period. Unused sessions are not refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
A missed training can only be made up within the validity period if you cancel at least 72 hours in advance. With later cancellation or a no-show, the session is forfeited. Make-up dates are agreed with smove.
Session passes and training blocks are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.
4. Requests & exceptions
Submit requests to reschedule or cancel in writing to info@wesmove.com. Requests outside these periods are considered only in exceptional cases, at smove’s discretion.
5. Payment of cancellation fees
Cancellation fees are offset against amounts already paid. If no payment has been made, or the payment does not cover the fees, the amount due is invoiced separately.
6. Trainer illness
If a trainer is ill, smove will make every reasonable effort to find a replacement. If no replacement is available, the session will be rescheduled in consultation with the client. Where the circumstances qualify as force majeure under applicable law, smove is not liable for resulting loss, subject to mandatory law.
7. Participation & liability
smove sessions involve mental and physical activities. Participation carries risks; take your physical condition into account and follow the trainer’s instructions. To the extent permitted by law, smove excludes liability for injuries or other loss arising from participation. This exclusion does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including intent or wilful recklessness by smove’s management. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
